I am having issue that Yahoo emails are not reaching recipients. I am getting an error message but after 24hrs not even straight after. It's only come to my attention because in follow up calls, they are telling me that the emails never arrived..
Please advise me how to sort it out as is very important I can reach those yahoo recipients.
Your message couldn't be delivered. Despite repeated attempts to contact the recipient's email system it didn't respond.
Contact the recipient by some other means (by phone, for example) and ask them to tell their email admin that it appears that their email system isn't accepting connection requests from your email system. Give them the error details shown below. It's likely that the recipient's email admin is the only one who can fix this problem.

I don't use Wix but if that "first box" is host name, leave it blank according to this article: https://support.wix.com/en/article/adding-or-updating-spf-records-in-your-wix-account

Ok I am trying to navigate this and can't thank you enough for posting in this forum how to fix.
My question is: when adding the DNS record TXT, what do I put in the first box? GoDaddy instructions said to enter "@" but Wix will only accept letters/numbers. Thank you in advance for your patience and help.
I am also having this issue and I run a paying subscriber service. All my Yahoo mails get bounced back.
I really don't care who is at fault, but this is going to cause me to get rid of MS products and simply move towards products that work. without the finger pointing.
