I am having issue that Yahoo emails are not reaching recipients. I am getting an error message but after 24hrs not even straight after. It's only come to my attention because in follow up calls, they are telling me that the emails never arrived..
Please advise me how to sort it out as is very important I can reach those yahoo recipients.
Your message couldn't be delivered. Despite repeated attempts to contact the recipient's email system it didn't respond.
Contact the recipient by some other means (by phone, for example) and ask them to tell their email admin that it appears that their email system isn't accepting connection requests from your email system. Give them the error details shown below. It's likely that the recipient's email admin is the only one who can fix this problem.

i spoke with Microsoft Tech. Yahoo did something with their email security. They had me call my domain provider, GoDaddy, and they did something like reset my DNS -I'm not a tech person but GoDaddy tech was well aware of the issue and the reset they did resolved my issues.
Is the problem with yahoo nails not receiving emails from microsoft domain emails still nk unresolved. We have two yahoo emails not receiving emails from Microsoft accounts for the last 10 days.
I have exactly the same problem but I just realised that my Microsoft 365 subscription had come out of its trial period and not renewed. Hoping that this now solves the problem
We contacted our IT guy to look into it and he fixed it. I'm no Geek but this is what he said:
“Rotate the DKIM keys”. He explained it like getting in the TSA Precheck line at the airport without having applied for it, you have a ticket to get on the plane you’re just in the wrong line.
