I have all my old Outlook files copied onto disc (.pst) how do I install them onto NEW Outlook, I am migrating from an old Windows 10 computer to a new Windows 11 computer.

Outlook (Classic) did nothing for 3 days and then started working. I printed out the calendar from (classic) and am manually entering items into Outlook (new), You would think they would support transferring from their own product, but at least I have a way forward. Thanks for your assistance attempt.

Outlook New does not remove Outlook Classic, if you had it, it should still be there Do both icons appear in your Start menu?
If you have them both, click the Classis Icon. If doing that gets you Outlook New instead, this article should help:
