How do I directly report phishing or suspicous emails to Microsoft?

Microsoft Support provides the following information for reporting Phishing or suspicious behavior:

  1. In the message list, select the message or messages you want to report.
  2. Above the reading pane, select Junk > Phishing > Report to report the message sender. A screenshot of the Junk button in Outlook.com.

I do not show that on my Outlook page when I have a phishing mail to report. Is it something I need to load? All I have is to put the message in Junk.

    Hello David,

    I am Adesoji, a consumer of Microsoft products like you and I am happy to help.

    If I understand you correctly, the report junk option is not showing in the outlook.com ribbon for you to report phishing or junk emails.

    Please check for the ‘delete group’ and you should find report there. Click on it and you will be able to perform the required actions. (see attachment)

    No, Every Thursday for the last two weeks I am getting bombarded with junk emails from 2:30pm est to 3:30pm est.

    Over 1000 emails each time.

    I have not only received suspicious emails, which I reported to support, but on looking at my MS account, someone in another country is repeatedly attempting to sign into my account. For some reason, MS won't let me insert the image here.
