How do I directly report phishing or suspicous emails to Microsoft?

Microsoft Support provides the following information for reporting Phishing or suspicious behavior:

  1. In the message list, select the message or messages you want to report.
  2. Above the reading pane, select Junk > Phishing > Report to report the message sender. A screenshot of the Junk button in Outlook.com.

I do not show that on my Outlook page when I have a phishing mail to report. Is it something I need to load? All I have is to put the message in Junk.

    Why is Outlook an absolute POS? How many years have these dunces had to improve this junkware?

    After reporting phishing, Outlook comes back with the message: "Outlook will try to Unsubscribe and block if that is not possible", however, the same spam senders come back every single day, which is very frustrating.

    I've just experienced the same, the worst part is is that it actually had one of my older passwords written inside the e-mail so now I'm worried but there's no location to contact any support

    My computer locked up on me and I called the 866-201-3390 number that was displayed on the screen as being Microsoft Support. They wanted me to open my Bank link and give them information on the bottom of my account screen that they said would be a series of numbers. I refused to do that. Then they hung up. I am 66 and have used computers for several years.
