How do I directly report phishing or suspicous emails to Microsoft?

Microsoft Support provides the following information for reporting Phishing or suspicious behavior:

  1. In the message list, select the message or messages you want to report.
  2. Above the reading pane, select Junk > Phishing > Report to report the message sender. A screenshot of the Junk button in Outlook.com.

I do not show that on my Outlook page when I have a phishing mail to report. Is it something I need to load? All I have is to put the message in Junk.

    @Anne Marie did you ever receive a reply to this? I received a very concerning email today and there is no option to report scam or phishing!!
