Above the reading pane, select Junk > Phishing > Report to report the message sender. I do not show that on my Outlook page when I have a phishing mail to report. Is it something I need to load? All I have is to put the message in Junk.

I thought that this was weird.... as the thing that I wanted to know did not really have anything to do with my PC in front of me... and OFC it wasn't a Microsoft site.

IIRC, Disqus got hacked and many user passwords were stolen.

How do I directly report phishing or suspicous emails to Microsoft?

I haven't - the promised button in Outlook has never appeared for me, so no way to report phishing or brute force attacks on my account

To Nick,

Try this in www . Outlook . com in a Windows computer....   (not the application or the mail app).  
- Click / Select the offending email.  
- Report  - will hilghlight when an email is selected  
- Report Phishing or Report Junk
