Microsoft Support provides the following information for reporting Phishing or suspicious behavior: In the message list, select the message or messages you want to report. Above the reading pane, select Junk > Phishing > Report to report the message sender. I do not show that on my Outlook page when I have a phishing mail to report. Is it something I need to load? All I have is to put the message in Junk.

In the past few months I have received way too many emails auto generated stating that someone has tried to reset my password. The thing is that I have never generated these emails as I remember my password obviously and when I have to do a reset I follow the procedure from logged in. I suspect that someone is attempting to hack my account. I need you to try to locate the IP of where these requests are coming from please. Hope to hear back from you soon. Regards Massimo

I just remembered that this activity may be linked to a stalker I had on Disqus nearly 3 years ago. It was an account in Germany which emailed me, threatened me, and claimed to have unfettered access to Disqus' user databases. I reported it to Disqus, but never received a response.
