How do I directly report phishing or suspicous emails to Microsoft?

Microsoft Support provides the following information for reporting Phishing or suspicious behavior:

  1. In the message list, select the message or messages you want to report.
  2. Above the reading pane, select Junk > Phishing > Report to report the message sender. A screenshot of the Junk button in Outlook.com.

I do not show that on my Outlook page when I have a phishing mail to report. Is it something I need to load? All I have is to put the message in Junk.

    I received an email saying that I had been sent a one time single-use code.

    I did not request one.

    When I went to sign in to report this, the single use code I requested did not come to me.

    I am concerned that my connection to Microsoft has been hacked, and redirected to someone else.

    I cannot report the the post since I am not on Outlook

    I keep getting a one-time code by email and told there has been a sign in attempt when I haven't tried to - what can I do to avoid someone getting into my account ?
