I have been trying to fix Outlook for three days now. With the help of Earthlink, Geek Squad, etc. I am unable to send or receive emails through through my Outlook. Web mail is fine.

I have just tried to send an e-mail to myself from Outlook. Email was sent to me and also received. For the moment it looks to ME as if Outlook would work.

It appeared to work on Tuesday 7/15, however it is broken again on Wednesday 7/16.
I am not receiving email on my hotmail account.. Is there a customer care phone number ?
7/17 UPDATE
Emails received overnight, however they have stalled again this morning.
Will this ever be corrected?
