I stopped receiving mails into my mailbox four days ago( since last Friday 3rd July 2025) though I still manage to send mails from this account. I changed password for signing in two weeks ago and since there were no any problems with receiving mails. I use outlook.live.com PC o/s Microsoft 11.

I signed out/ signed in several times - to no avail.

Email box is loaded only 5% of its capacity.

Would appreciate any advice/ hint to resolve this problem

Check options and setting, you probably were either hack, or accidentally set emails to be forwarded somewhere else from that device!

Have you tried sending yourself an email? This is a quick and easy test, the email will go to the server and be sent back to you. If you receive it, no issues. If there are issues, you'll likely get an error report somewhere along the line.

Just sent myself an email and it hangs up in the drafts folder.

This is similar to the issue a year ago that "fixed itself".

I suspect Microsoft made a change a few weeks ago and can't or won't figure out the problem.

(I worked in large technology operations, so I am familiar with troubleshooting and diagnosis)
