I called AT&T and they said it was Microsoft issue. The outbound mail was sent from ******@me.com via the Apple email on Mac to all the emails "IN RED" at end of message below. Tried from iPhone as well. Mail did get through to @frankconcerns and @gmail. NOT .live or .outlook.

Neither a Microsoft nor an AT&T issue, the problem lies with Apple. The addresses listed as problem sources, 57.103.73.189, 57.103.72.13, 57.103.72.138, all belong to Apple and all three are listed in several RBL (Relay Blackhole List) databases; RBL addresses are Spam sources, most email systems will block traffic from them, which is what you're seeing. So, Apple, (I assume Apple Mail) needs to be contacted and made aware that these three addresses they own appear on several RBL lists. More info is in this Microsoft Support article:

Thank you Hal. I will contact Apple.

On further "think-back" this started after a recent MacOS security upgrade.

There was only one AppleMail address, affecting receipts of several MS outlook/live accounts.

Gmail, Yahoo and MSFT business accounts were unaffected.

    It seems to have self-repaired.

I discovered that someone had hacked my account and was forwarding all email to another account. A really clever way to steal information. I wish I remembered exactly where that choice was, but once I turned it off, changed my password, i was back up and functioning well again. I unfortunately did not save the emails the messages wre forwarded to, so I could not include that in y report to the FBI.

    Good luck
