Outlook. Not receiving or sending emails

I have been trying to fix Outlook for three days now. With the help of Earthlink, Geek Squad, etc. I am unable to send or receive emails through through my Outlook. Web mail is fine.

    Hello I have been with the same situation now my inbox is empty and I don’t get messages and if I get one goes to junk but the message that messages im waiting for, I never get it. i don’t know was going on with epic games message I never received it,

    I have this account for like 12 years tho

    My old outlook had no problem, you new one does. Now my Iphone, Ipad , and computer have the same problem BUT it did not happen with the old one. problem with you

    i seem able to use outlook on my mobile device, but not on my Microsoft surface. I was recently hacked and changed my password and added 2 step sign in, but I do not seem to receive the message on my mobile device despite the fact that the correct telephone number is listed in my profile.
