Outlook. Not receiving or sending emails

I have been trying to fix Outlook for three days now. With the help of Earthlink, Geek Squad, etc. I am unable to send or receive emails through through my Outlook. Web mail is fine.

    If you got Outlook New with your software package, please have a look at this support article:

    The steps provided me previously have not worked. One suggested I might have too many emails. What is the limit? I assume the size of the attachments impact that as well.

    Call Microsoft help desk, they will remove NEW Outlook and install CLASSIC Outlook which will work, like they did on my PC. See my reply to this question Feb 23.
