I have been trying to fix Outlook for three days now. With the help of Earthlink, Geek Squad, etc. I am unable to send or receive emails through through my Outlook. Web mail is fine.

2024-11-20T03:31:40+00:00 My problem is with my alternate email address - ******@hotmail.com. The problem is that the address is locked and I can't unlock it. Can you either unlock it for me or delete it entirely so that I can recreate it. Please reespond. Thanks, Irv Astmann

Further to the above, I am receiving emails and can send some emails so how can it be locked ?
