I have been trying to fix Outlook for three days now. With the help of Earthlink, Geek Squad, etc. I am unable to send or receive emails through through my Outlook. Web mail is fine.

The senders to my email account keep getting an undeliverable message. I do get the messages but anyone that send me an email gets this message and thinks that I did not receive the message. How can I fix this?
