I have been trying to fix Outlook for three days now. With the help of Earthlink, Geek Squad, etc. I am unable to send or receive emails through through my Outlook. Web mail is fine.

I. can sign into hotmail, but in the focused emails, they are not coming in, says non deliverable, although i am not sending any emails. So, i have tons of emails coming in, but can't open . The Other emails are coming in fine, just the focused is giving me problems. My storage is Not Full. please help!!

Hello Janet here, just recently I have not been able to send or receive emails. You want me to subscribe. I have never subscribed, and I have used computer for over 20 years without subscribing. Why please.m
Trying to follow above instructions, but do not have "Send/Receive" or "File" tab in task bar.
