Hi Patti,  Thank you for posting in Microsoft Community.

If you are unable to send or receive emails in Outlook, there are several troubleshooting steps you can take:

    1. Check if Outlook is disconnected or in offline mode. If so, toggle between offline and online mode by selecting the "Work Offline" option in the "Send/Receive" tab.
    2. Ensure that you are connected to the internet. Open a browser and try accessing websites like microsoft.com or bing.com to verify your internet connection.
    3. Check if your email messages contain large attachments. Some email providers have size limitations for attachments. Remove large attachments or replace them with smaller files.
    4. Verify if you have recently changed your email account password. If so, update the password in Outlook by going to "File" > "Account Settings" > "Account Settings" and entering the new password.
    5. Contact the help desk of your antivirus software if you suspect that it is blocking your email functionality.
    6. If the above steps don't resolve the issue, you can try repairing your Outlook program or creating a new Outlook profile.
    7. In case you are using Outlook for Mac, there are specific troubleshooting steps mentioned in.

Please note that these are general troubleshooting steps, and the specific solution may vary depending on your email provider and configuration.

Hi ,  Thank you for posting in the Microsoft Community.I do understand the needs of this concern to be address swiftly. Since there are no options under the digital type and we have limited tools here in Microsoft Community. We recommend submitting a ticket to our Microsoft Office technical support teams by following the instructions below:Here are the steps:1. Please use this link Contact - Microsoft Support2. In Tell Us About Our Problem, briefly describe your concern. Click Get Help.3. Self-help items will be provided. Ignore it and click the Contact Support button at the bottom.4. Select Product under Products & Services.5. Select Microsoft 365, and then click Confirm6. You will have the opportunity to get help. You can select the Chat with Support option or schedule a callback. Please note that other options may not be available in all regions.7. You will need to confirm your email and you can attach a file if needed, then click Confirm. Note: You may request a callback from them since they have tools as well on this matter.
