Using classic Outlook for Windows in business environments
Glenn, were there any words like "Sending Server reported..." or Receiving Server reported... in that message anywhere?

I have been trying to fix Outlook for three days now. With the help of Earthlink, Geek Squad, etc. I am unable to send or receive emails through through my Outlook. Web mail is fine.

I suspected that something was off with my email on Saturday. Today I received zero emails. I have tried to follow many suggestions without success. I did email my work email from my personal email and received this:

John, do you have a Samsung Smartphone?
Samsung smartphones move email to the Junk folder (slipstick.com)
I do actually receive Email - but they are in my 'Junk' folder, my 'Scam' folder or RSS folder (Whatever that is) ANYWHERE except my INBOX.
Most frustrating!!
I too have spent hour trying to work round it, into classic, back to new several time, ages on the phone to Microsoft!
All to no avail!
All this is since the imposition of the 'Outlook'!
It appears to me that Microsoft developers cannot leave well alone!
*Having just read the foregoing criticisms of Outlook this does seem to be a real ongoing problem - time Microsoft sorted it I feel.
I have the same problem. One email works and the other is offline. It's been impossible to speak with anyone at Microsoft and have spend hours trying to resolve the problem via online help. So frustrating!
