Outlook. Not receiving or sending emails

I have been trying to fix Outlook for three days now. With the help of Earthlink, Geek Squad, etc. I am unable to send or receive emails through through my Outlook. Web mail is fine.

    I'm sort of having the same problem as Patti. It just started during the past week. Other than having an outlook account, I also have gmails going thru my outlook account. I'm able to get my gmails/email to my phone, but not on my computer. Just wondering what I'm missing here, or if I'm not missing something? The other thing is that I had my gmail accounts (3 of them) filtering thru my outlook email account also and they aren't doing that now. Then also my gmails were having messages go thru them too.

    Email addresses are hidden for security reasons in the forum, so none of your addresses are posted. Does the provider for your address that quit working in Outlook offer webmail and, if so, does it work?

    My Microsoft Outlook will not send nor receive any email messages at all for my email address:- ******@bigpond.com

    Can you help me please ???

    This has just happened and I do not know what has caused it at all !!!
