Outlook. Not receiving or sending emails

I have been trying to fix Outlook for three days now. With the help of Earthlink, Geek Squad, etc. I am unable to send or receive emails through through my Outlook. Web mail is fine.

    Yesterday I do not konow why, Microsoft ask me to take a new account, I had Microsoft 365 already, and it was charged 69 €/ year next charging date 25.1.2025, but yesterday it was said to me that IDrive capacity is too low and you have to buy more, so I did. Yesterday both my e- mail addresses worked fine, but today only my phone works with my Gmail.com and with Outlook.com. I do not know what to do.

    I do not receive emails from my spouse but he can receive emails from me. How do I correct this issue?

    Forgot my Hotmail password and reset and created another password which has been accepted . Still cannot receive emails
