Outlook. Not receiving or sending emails

I have been trying to fix Outlook for three days now. With the help of Earthlink, Geek Squad, etc. I am unable to send or receive emails through through my Outlook. Web mail is fine.

    aWhat version of Outlook is this? PC, Mac, iOS, Android? Can you supply some details, please? If possible, please include a screenshot of the error. Thanks!!

    Eu não recebo e nem envio e-mails.

    Comprei mais espaço para o armazenamento e continuo sem sucesso.

    Pagando a mensalidade para algo que só consigo utilizar, por favor me ajudem.

    I am having the same issue regarding not recieving emails. When I try to send an email it says error adding recipient to message.

    Alot of people are probably not responding to these messages because we can't receive notification emails in this thread 👎

    This is exactly what happened to me. I do not remember where I found it, but that version had a rule to forward all emails to another email address. I had been hacked and someone was receiving all of my emails. I reported the situation to the FBI and have not received anything back from them. I wonder if this is a nationwide scam.

    I renewed 365 yesterday. Now New Outlook will not send or receive emails (it will receive an email forwarded from my iPHone. Email is working fine at BT webmail, and also OK on iphone
