I have been trying to fix Outlook for three days now. With the help of Earthlink, Geek Squad, etc. I am unable to send or receive emails through through my Outlook. Web mail is fine.

The steps provided me previously have not worked. One suggested I might have too many emails. What is the limit? I assume the size of the attachments impact that as well.
Forgot my Hotmail password and reset and created another password which has been accepted . Still cannot receive emails
I completed an update on 10-1-2024 and now I cannot send or receive emails as well. Followed everything to ensure the account is correct and still the error codes persist.
I am having this exact same problem and am also extremely frustrated. I am missing invoices and important notifications from email addresses that used to work fine and now don't.
I am also about to take the leap and go through the process of moving away from hotmail.
Email addresses are hidden for security reasons in the forum, so none of your addresses are posted. Does the provider for your address that quit working in Outlook offer webmail and, if so, does it work?
