I have been trying to fix Outlook for three days now. With the help of Earthlink, Geek Squad, etc. I am unable to send or receive emails through through my Outlook. Web mail is fine.

Thankyou!!! I had changed my password but could not find where to change it in Out look. In File, account settings, account settings

I had to go into repair and I could finally change it there. So thanks for the assistance!!!! It is working!!!

    No.

Just in Junk, Scam or RSS, as I said.

I do actually receive Email - but they are in my 'Junk' folder, my 'Scam' folder or RSS folder (Whatever that is) ANYWHERE except my INBOX.

    Most frustrating!!

I too have spent hour trying to work round it, into classic, back to new several time, ages on the phone to Microsoft!

    All to no avail!

All this is since the imposition of the 'Outlook'!

It appears to me that Microsoft developers cannot leave well alone!

*Having just read the foregoing criticisms of Outlook this does seem to be a real ongoing problem - time Microsoft sorted it I feel.
