What countries phone number are not supported by microsoft account to add in?

I am from Nepal and I am trying to add my phone number to the microsoft account and it's telling me that it doesn't support the country code. So that means I can't connect my phone to the account, is that right?

    Am from Vietnam

    I cant add my phone number( We don't support that country code. Use an email instead. )

    Can you tell me and the others on how to get Microsoft rewards without a phone number?

    this is ridiculous that us people can't get Microsoft rewards we probably grinded for days even weeks just so that we can't get our rewards.

    just because we are from an unsupported country. 😑
