What countries phone number are not supported by microsoft account to add in?

I am from Nepal and I am trying to add my phone number to the microsoft account and it's telling me that it doesn't support the country code. So that means I can't connect my phone to the account, is that right?

    Hello, may I ask how long did you wait till the code sent to the number? I've tried it twice but there's no new message.

    Around 3 minutes after some retries.

    You all should check out sms24(dot)me for some temporary/disposable phone numbers for verification. I somehow was able to redeem my rewards using a UK phone number from that website. For security, just make sure to remove the temporary number from your account when you're done.

    Hello Microsoft team and organization,

    I would like to be called as Duy Le, I'm finding issues with redeeming my rewards which I really need to and I find it really difficult. My number here is Vietnamese number (+89) and it is really annoying when I can't redeem my rewards. I hope your guys team fix this problem because it took me way too long to redeem it so please help and fix this problem.

    eh tapi ya adikku selama ini (udah setahunan) bisa2 aja redeem rewards, tapi ini aku mau coba jg malah gak bs add nomor hp :(

    eh but yeah my little brother has been able to redeem rewards all this time (it's been a year), but now I want to try it too but I can't add a phone number :(
