What countries phone number are not supported by microsoft account to add in?

I am from Nepal and I am trying to add my phone number to the microsoft account and it's telling me that it doesn't support the country code. So that means I can't connect my phone to the account, is that right?

    same problem here, you know its actually insane to me that microsoft, A MULTIBILIONARE company, thats been around for years, has so much workers, but they cant fix this small problem, my country is literally apart of the G20 so theres no reason for them to "not support" the country code, if theres any way to get in personal touch with microsoft can someone tell me?

    I am in the US and my state has a new area code 943, which has been out for a year and eight months. Microsoft is one of the biggest tech companies in the United States and it is high time that they update their systems to recognize US-based area codes and numbers.

    This is unacceptable.

    my country is philippines (+63) code and it says (we dont support that country code, use a email instead)
