What countries phone number are not supported by microsoft account to add in?

I am from Nepal and I am trying to add my phone number to the microsoft account and it's telling me that it doesn't support the country code. So that means I can't connect my phone to the account, is that right?

    Hello,

    So I need to redeem my Microsoft points and it is only redeemable through an SMS or a call for that I need to verify my phone number and Microsoft doesn't support Pakistan's country code (+92). So, how can I redeem my Microsoft points?
