What countries phone number are not supported by microsoft account to add in?

I am from Nepal and I am trying to add my phone number to the microsoft account and it's telling me that it doesn't support the country code. So that means I can't connect my phone to the account, is that right?

    Is there a list of support country codes for Microsoft accounts? Vietnam (+84) isn't supported. My mobile carrier is Mobifone.

    From malaysia it says they support malaysia but it also show the same message.

    I'm From Phillipines. I cant add my phone number and at is same time my friends add them phone numbers

    its shows me ( We don't support that country code. Use an email instead. )
