When trying to add or update my Outlook contacts information I get this error message: lpe-data.errorSaveFailed

For the past several days...I have not been able to add or exit my contacts. I keep getting....lpe-data.errorSaveFailed. Is there a solution yet?

My current work around is to add new contacts via my android phone google contact app which is synced to my outlook program. Ones the new contact has synced I can move it around in my outlook app on my PC. Still can't edit or add on my PC.

I was having the same issue described by others here. I just tried to both edit a contact and add a new one and it worked. Hopefully that continues!!

Unfortunately, I tried to both add and edit contacts and I still get error messages. When I try to save an edit, I still get the lpe-data.errorSaveFailed message. Hopefully, Microsoft is working on the problem since at least you were able to get your contacts working properly.
