Please help, Outlook inbox is not displaying all emails received.

Missing emails do not appear in focus, other, or junk inboxes.

Inbox is not full, all filters are reset.

Missing emails can only be seen when using the search bar.

This issue occurs on phone and laptop, even after reinstallation of Outlook.

Hi, I was able to resolve this issue, simply uncheck the "Show as conversation" box in the View Settings panel.

    Cheers.

I have the same issue, my inbox is not displaying new emails on Mac computer and iPad. I can send emails. I can see new emails on outlook on my iPhone. When I type in name of new email not showing on Mac computer it comes up and states it's in my in box which it clearly is not.

    Please advise?
