How can I close the Microsoft pop up titled Your Microsoft account brings everything together? It appears on my outlook screen and on my word documents and I can ‘t get rid of it. It prevents me from using those functions. I have rebooted but it keeps appearing. I can ‘t see any option to close it.

I also had the issue where the "Continue" button was greyed out. The screen resolution was not preventing me from seeing any part of the dialog box. I was able to drag the box and expose the whole box, but yet the "Continue" button was still greyed out.

What made the difference was moving my cursor to the edge of the box and dragging the size of the box. Once the size of the box was changed, a scroll bar appeared on the right hand side of the box. Then, scrolling to the bottom of the scroll bar enabled the "Continue" button to turn blue and become active. I clicked the button and continued through the following dialogs. It looks to me like a programming issue with the dialog box where the programmer wanted the user to scroll all the way down before allowing the user to continue, however never anticipated a situation where the scroll bar would not appear.

Thank you for your answer about re-sizing the box, this solved the problem for me!

    Thank you.

My screen was at 150% and getting it down to 100% worked and helped me close the popup down.

Appreciate your help greatly though. It was relieving after a 30-minute struggle.

I actually had to do the opposite. The 'continue' button was not active at first. My scale was already at 100%. Changed it to 125% and the continue button decided it wanted to work.

I have the same problem however my scale or resolution size is set at 100.

The only box I see at the bottom of the dialogue box is 'Learn more' and a 'continue' box that I am unable to click.

The learn more takes me through Microsoft ads and submit feedback which I did.

Then it all start all over again.

I thought maybe my office 2019 was out of date so I subscribed to 360.

    Still no change.

I have lost hours of work time trying to resolve this. And had to cancel an assessment with one of my clients.

    🙁
