How can I close the Microsoft pop up titled Your Microsoft account brings everything together? It appears on my outlook screen and on my word documents and I can ‘t get rid of it. It prevents me from using those functions. I have rebooted but it keeps appearing. I can ‘t see any option to close it.

I am having the same issue and setting the resolution did not help?
Thank you so much! I have been trying to fix this for almost an hour and this was the tip that did it. Had to change the resolution to see the "continue" button. Then another pop up appeared totally blank/white...changed the resolution again and could tap the "next" button. Then another pop up appeared blank. This continued about 6 times total, just had to keep going in and cycling through resolution settings. I agree that this should not be necessary for installing Microsoft, but thanks for sharing what you found!!
Could you please tell me where the chat option is? In the help section is?
I just moved my cursor to the side edge of the window, and stretched it out, to make the "continue" button glow. And then I was able to click on it and make it disappear.
I was able to resize the window by moving mouse to top left of the window. After I made the dialog window smaller I was able to click the continue or submit button and the issue went away. Hope this helps.
