Using classic Outlook for Windows in business environments
I have this pop up but the “Continue” button is grayed out. My screen settings are 100% and won’t let me Go any smaller. It is preventing me from using Excel.

How can I close the Microsoft pop up titled Your Microsoft account brings everything together? It appears on my outlook screen and on my word documents and I can ‘t get rid of it. It prevents me from using those functions. I have rebooted but it keeps appearing. I can ‘t see any option to close it.

Microsoft has became such an bullsh*t company, the drop of
quality in their products over the past years is of astronomical scale...
(i've been with MS since MS-Dos).
This is the same issue I am having as well, display at 100% but that wasnt the issue, the "Continue" option is greyed out and I cannot even click on it.
I just had this problem and tried the solutions provided here, such as change dimensions settings and turn off notifications, but none of that worked. The actual solution was so simple; just resize the pop up until the continue button is highlighted. Drag the mouse along a corner of the window until the double arrow icon appears, click down, and expand the window until the continue button turns blue. Click continue and then the window will disappear.
Go to settings then display then scale go to 125 then back to 100 and then go back to Microsoft word and you’ll be able to press continue hopefully that’s what I did : )
