Glad to hear it. I can only guess the Microsoft programmer assigned to that Pop-Up forgot to build in a “Scroll to Bottom” feature. To be fair, once again the Microsoft Chat option in its Help section could not have been nicer. Immediately went to the problem and then took me thru the solution. Still, the lack of access to the escape Button @ bottom of the Pop-Up was a Flub!

'To address the Resolution issue, in Windows 11 just click on your START button, then select Settings, Display, Scale (in the section entitled "Scale & Layout"). My size setting had been 175%. I reduced to 100%, which did the trick. But you may want to go lower until the full Pop-Up is in view on your screen.'

I don't have a Display option in Settings, so what can I do instead??

Can you find a reference to "Resolution" or "Type Size" anywhere? To state it differently, you just need to get into your Settings and hunt around until you find the item which allows you to alter the Type Size or Resolution. It's sort of a game the designers want to play at our expense.

Thanks - I've managed to reduce the display size, and as a result found how to get rid of the popup. Just hope it doesn't come back . . .
