How can I close the Microsoft pop up titled Your Microsoft account brings everything together? It appears on my outlook screen and on my word documents and I can ‘t get rid of it. It prevents me from using those functions. I have rebooted but it keeps appearing. I can ‘t see any option to close it.

If the “continue” button is greyed out you can click on the edge of the dialogue box and drag so the box will be wider. Once it becomes wider the greyed out “continue” button becomes blue and then just click it
Other users have reported that resizing the dialog box so that it displays a vertical scroll bar will let you scroll down and click the Continue button.
Mine will not let me close the continue button is gray
I can see the button to continue but its grey. Cant proceed. Pops up evwrytine i open outlook. Ugh!
