How can I close the Microsoft pop up titled Your Microsoft account brings everything together? It appears on my outlook screen and on my word documents and I can ‘t get rid of it. It prevents me from using those functions. I have rebooted but it keeps appearing. I can ‘t see any option to close it.

I had the same issue where I could see the whole window with a grayed out Continue box. I resized the box by dragging down from the top to resize the window. Once I did that, a scroller came in view on the right. When I scrolled to the bottom, the Continue was blue and clickable.

Dear Cindy - thank you in advance for the time you spend helping others - I am operating a Samsung Z-Fold - the MSWord has functioned flawlessly since I installed it - maybe a year ago? Anyway, your response regarding the Pop-Up "Your Microsoft account brings everything together . . . " allowed me to see my Word.Doc for a moment. Then a request for payment came up for $6.99 a month. I was studying that page and selected 'no' or something equivalent to that. Now, I am back where I started. Am I not able to pull my documents I've built on this platform? Any remedy? Is Open-Office a solution?
