    What a copout Microsoft !

Like all the others I am switching back too as i use screenshot every day in business around 75% of all emails :-[

Also no support for .PST files stored locally . . . again just poor !

Why bother with releasing a beta without these 2 critical features :-[

Gosh. Its 4/12/2024 and a screen capture still isn't available? Amazing.

    EDIT

    I guess that it's this:

    1. Ensure the message or calendar you want to capture an image of is visible on-screen.
    2. Press Windows log key  + Shift + S (The screen darkens, and the snipping tools appear at the top of the window: In the Snipping Tool, select the Rectangular Snip option, then click and drag your mouse over the area you want to capture.
    3. Select rectangle mode, then with your mouse, click and drag a rectangle around the important area. The image is copied to your clipboard and Windows gives you a notification; click the notification to open the screen capture in Snipping Tool or (Snip & Sketch). You can edit the image there and save it as an image file for later use. For more details

Completely agree. It's frustrating that the new beta version of Outlook no longer has the screenshot snipping tool. Why would that not be included?

I used it every day, and it's been a huge inconvenience without it. The workarounds others have suggested simply aren't practical. Because of this, I'm switching back to the older version until they hopefully bring this feature back. Fingers crossed the developers listen and reinstate it soon!
