It's so funny that after all the feedback in 2 years. They still have not updated the system to make it more convenient. Lols. I adapted to using the snipping tool. which honestly, takes about the same amount of time as it did with the outlook feature. I was just being a brat. lols. And now look what came of that. Absolutely nothing lols

    THE WORK-AROUND:

hold the window key, shift, and "s" at the same time.

when the screen turns grey, you select what you want screen shot.

put the curser in the body of the email, then click control and "v" at the same time.

you're copying and pasting the screenshot. it works!

    Hi all

An update on my original post and have to say personally am lvoing the new SNIP feature. Once i got used to the process its saving so much time.

For those that dont know how to use

    1. Type snip in your windows bar > in Snip options set the snip quick keyto your PrtScn button (might be already set)
    2. Eveytime you hit PrtScn you can screengrab anywhere you need or save a whole active window > it then brings up a notification bottom right side of screen > click it to access the snip app with your image
    3. Save the image to where you want it OR in any email hit paste and it will paste it

Its that easy and is heaps easier than before

    Hope this helps ! ? !

    Scott
