AOL Generate password Sorry, this feature is not available right now!

How do I get my Outlook mail working again if I cannot generate a new password. I accidently added a folder under the inbox and when I tried to delete I could not. I then lost connection to AOL and could not connect to pull my email. I went to generate a password but I keep getting this feature not available right now.

How can I get my Outlook to pull my email from AOL again?

I too have had this error for almost the exact length of time.

Let’s be honest. This is a simple fix and if they were customer conscious they’d have taken care of this. No IT person I’ve encountered has a problem like this. Unfortunately to me, it’s clear they disabled the feature so you would have to use their app. It’s really unfair. I’ve called customer service numerous times and they say they are stacked with complaints. If someone has a workaround for this, I would like to hear it.

I also switched to another service; all I receive from AOL are emails that propose paid for services. Very obvious what AOL: is doing, revenue generation. Their reps are stalling to keep the users connected so they can frustrate us to the point where they can charge for their service.

Maybe a class action suit to AOL/Verizon to wake them up.
