AOL Generate password Sorry, this feature is not available right now!

How do I get my Outlook mail working again if I cannot generate a new password. I accidently added a folder under the inbox and when I tried to delete I could not. I then lost connection to AOL and could not connect to pull my email. I went to generate a password but I keep getting this feature not available right now.

How can I get my Outlook to pull my email from AOL again?

    Guess having a job and a family is my issue.

    Perhaps I should take a week off.

    Awwww, sorry I caught one of your last nerves - family life getting to you? The fact of the matter is that people have waited many months (like me) for them to fix it, and when they did, many were lucky enough to generate a password. I really don't feel sorry for you having only waited a couple of weeks and not catching it at the right moment as they turn it on and off. Ignorance has nothing to do with it.

    And, I did try disabling 2-Step, but it didn't change anything for me. I simply had to wait and try on random days until one day, I was lucky enough to get it to work.

    I have tried turning off 2-step verification and that was of no help.

    All good. Exploding is what the internet is for, rite? :)

    Just keep trying. I did for months. Wasted so much time and it was only to get a password for my Ex which made the waiting even worse.

    Do you know if this same password would be used on 2 devices? Or does a second time around with the generator for each device?

    Sad we have to rely on each other, instead of AOL Support. 😒
