How do I get my Outlook mail working again if I cannot generate a new password. I accidently added a folder under the inbox and when I tried to delete I could not. I then lost connection to AOL and could not connect to pull my email. I went to generate a password but I keep getting this feature not available right now.

How can I get my Outlook to pull my email from AOL again?

    Can you may give us some more information?

    Which region are you from?

    Do you use a browser or Mobile?

    Simply on the website or within an app or similar?

    Do you create it from:

    Personal > Account security > app Password

    Or somewhere else?

    Do you use 2 factor authentication?

    Appreciate your help - that is so annoying :(
