How do I get my Outlook mail working again if I cannot generate a new password. I accidently added a folder under the inbox and when I tried to delete I could not. I then lost connection to AOL and could not connect to pull my email. I went to generate a password but I keep getting this feature not available right now.
How can I get my Outlook to pull my email from AOL again?

Thanks, George. So aggravating!!
I retired from IT 10 years ago( after 37 years. And they pull me back in. 😩
BD,
Sorry, but I've never tried the password recovery (either the paid version, or the free one), but from the PR blurb for the paid one, it sounds like it works with all versions of Outlook, and it gives you all the passwords that are saved. If you Google "outlook email password genius from isunshare", it will lead you to their site, and give you a better idea of what it can do. Hope that helps.
