How do I get my Outlook mail working again if I cannot generate a new password. I accidently added a folder under the inbox and when I tried to delete I could not. I then lost connection to AOL and could not connect to pull my email. I went to generate a password but I keep getting this feature not available right now.

How can I get my Outlook to pull my email from AOL again?

    No, AOL told me I would have to use their Gold Desktop (for a price) or pay for their technical support. I am in the process of moving to a gmail account. It is a hassle but AOL lost me as a customer.

    I did try a number of times over a 2-week period, so that explantion may be correct. But once in, I had no problem with two Verizon email accounts, as long as I used the Verizon email settings noted above. Good Luck!

    Unfortunately it's still not working for me. I am just hoping that I can get that password...this is ridiculous and cruel. And should be illegal.
