How do I get my Outlook mail working again if I cannot generate a new password. I accidently added a folder under the inbox and when I tried to delete I could not. I then lost connection to AOL and could not connect to pull my email. I went to generate a password but I keep getting this feature not available right now.
How can I get my Outlook to pull my email from AOL again?

This is being done out of retaliation by AOL for not using their web browser to access your email. The issue would be to complain to Verizon if you are using their email through AOL. If everyone left Verizon I bet this issue would resolve itself

That was basically what they told me as well - which i did not believe - but even now - i can go in and generate new app passwords on my new computer which it would not do for a week after I first purchased it.
As a quick reply to this ---
When I opened her account in her browser (which had been logged in for months), it was able to generate app passwords just fine today. Then later, when I opened her account in my browser (which had been logged in for 3-6 days), it too was now able to generate app passwords just fine today.
I do think it depends on how long the browser has been logged into the AOL Mail Account.
