How do I get my Outlook mail working again if I cannot generate a new password. I accidently added a folder under the inbox and when I tried to delete I could not. I then lost connection to AOL and could not connect to pull my email. I went to generate a password but I keep getting this feature not available right now.

How can I get my Outlook to pull my email from AOL again?

    I agree with you, there is some kind of change going on here. But during the process somebody SERIOUSLY dropped the ball. Or they are trying to force a paid mail membership to AOL mail.

    I have no idea what to make of this, but I decided to try again to generate an Outlook password this morning, and was successful. I had already started migrating to a different email address so I could work in Outlook. Even though it seems I'm functional in Outlook on my Verizon account again, my trust (such as it was) in AOL's management is utterly shot. I imagine this was a dress rehearsal for my departure before too long, since AOL is making things utterly impossible.

    The AOL app is extremely limited to what 3rd party applications like Outlook offer. I need these functions. Not a cute app. Especially one that's going to be jammed down my throat.

    If this CAN NOT be fixed, they should offer us another solution. Another company that we can send our Verizon email to.

    At least Verizon was able to send our email address to another company. AOL should be looking to find another mail provider who is actually competent.
