How do I get my Outlook mail working again if I cannot generate a new password. I accidently added a folder under the inbox and when I tried to delete I could not. I then lost connection to AOL and could not connect to pull my email. I went to generate a password but I keep getting this feature not available right now.
How can I get my Outlook to pull my email from AOL again?

The problem persists for me - just tried again - and although I haven't yet tried calling AOL (I don't have a paid subscription), I can tell from others' experiences that calling them doesn't accomplish anything. Two questions: 1) Has anyone on this chain had any success in generating app pw's, in particular for Outlook, anytime in the past 5 days? 2) If so, did you have 2-step verification activated beforehand?

2023-01-23T23:19:42+00:00 When I called AOL made the point that I wasn't paying for support, and he was spending too much time on the call. I can still read my Verizon mail on the AOL site. I decided to create an Outlook email and will transfer from AOL my important mail to this new outlook.com email address. I'm also tired of dealing with AOL.
