    Hunter,

We did not document this issue that started on 6/7/23. I checked the In App tickets today and all of the tickets we had for this issue the customers said the issue is now resolved. If this had been a long running issue, I would have reactivated this Known Issue and appended it there for easy discoverability, https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/outlook-unexpectedly-opens-a-browser-window-if-owa-is-disabled-4c915e88-0654-4f77-8daa-a624600dc718. One main thing to mention is that this issue occurred even if the OWA protocol was enabled.

Is there a public record of this bug anywhere that can be linked to and checked for updates?

    Chris,

What Channel and Version is Office (File, Office Account, under About Outlook)? I am checking if a bug that was just submitted could be what you are seeing. The original issue with OWA disabled is fixed and we are not seeing new reports with it. Since you have OWA enabled then it is likely a new bug.
