How do I move the Outlook 365 Navigation bar from the left side of the Outlook Window to the bottom of the window? The instructions I have researched do not show anything like what exists on my Outlook 365 program.

Yes, My View-> Folder Pane -> Normal is checked and tool bar is horizontal at the bottom of the folder list.
Thanks Karl. It was making me crazy too. I had clicked "on" coming soon and I suspected that had something to do with it. Indeed when I clicked that off, the icons moved to the bottom of the page again. so some developer at MSFT has decided that we all must now change to their preferred take it or leave it view. <sigh>
and software companies wonder why they are universally despised.
It is a corporate decision to implement the application, it should be the users choice to determine what is visually comfortable. Despise the lock down and very disappointed.
Microsoft WHY ! Sometimes you make changes that make no sense.
Let people select where they want it. WHY !!
