Changing Location of Outlook 365 Navigation Bar

How do I move the Outlook 365 Navigation bar from the left side of the Outlook Window to the bottom of the window? The instructions I have researched do not show anything like what exists on my Outlook 365 program.

    I have Windows 11 x months - outlook Menu is on the left, having been moved a few weeks ago, to my dismay. Once you are accustomed to it back on the bottom, they will move it ...

    Hi, so now that we got used to having the icons on the left side, my new computer with Windows 11 is back to having them on the bottom!
